WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The unsolved homicide of Lizett Perez, a 38-year-old Hispanic woman, is being highlighted in the Palm Beach County Crime Stoppers playing deck, which features unsolved cases, unidentified remains, and missing people.
Perez’s body was discovered on Oct. 10, 2005, near railroad tracks along 3021 Pinewood Avenue in West Palm Beach by a group of people cleaning up the area.
According to a police report, obtained by CBS12 News from 2005, her remains were found wrapped in a garbage bag and covered with a sheet, with her head was covered in clear plastic.
