A look-at-me asking price of $80 million has been set for the remodeled mansion of private-equity specialist Frank A. Baker II and his wife, Laura, on Palm Beach’s oceanfront, according a new sales listing for the Estate Section estate.
The Bakers bought the estate at 680 S. Ocean Blvd for a recorded $32.13 million in April 2021 after it had undergone a major remodel-for-resale project under its previous owner, billionaire real estate investor and developer Richard Kurtz of Palm Beach.
