Celeb chef David Burke rang in 2026 by opening his first Florida signature restaurant, SeaHawk Prime by David Burke, a modern steakhouse (and then some) overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway in Lake Park.
Set inside Nautilus 220, the new waterfront development just north of West Palm Beach, the restaurant delivers what Burke has long been known for: serious technique wrapped in an atmosphere designed to keep dinner lively.
