Following a repositioning, the Delta Hotels by Marriott West Palm Beach has been sold in an off-market deal facilitated by Kabani Hotel Group.
Originally acquired two years ago as a Holiday Inn, the 199-room Florida hotel underwent a comprehensive renovation and brand conversion. The repositioning was completed without suspending operations, allowing the property to remain open and generate revenue throughout the renovation period.
The hotel—which was acquired for an undisclosed price by a Canadian group operating as Palm Holdings—is currently in its ramp-up phase under the Delta by Marriott brand.
