WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Garden Butcher, the gourmet prepared food market and cafe founded by Erin Leeds, is preparing to open two new Florida locations this year, beginning with a downtown West Palm Beach location at Gardenia Street and Olive Street. Leeds told Business Debut the West Palm Beach location is targeting an opening in the first week of April.
The second new location is planned for The Lotus at 1385 South State Rd 7, Wellington, FL 33411, with an opening targeted for Sept. 1.
What to Expect
Garden Butcher operates as a gourmet prepared food market paired with a cafe, offering both grab-and-go meals and made-to-order options. “We are a gourmet prepared food market and cafe,” Leeds told Business Debut.
The concept centers on convenience and quality, with roughly 50 prepared food items designed to be taken home and stored in the refrigerator. The cafe side offers smoothies, coffee, and breakfast and lunch-focused items.
Menu and Vision
The cafe menu includes wraps, salads, and bowls, along with smoothies and coffee. Leeds said the chicken Caesar wrap and the Strawberry Glow smoothie are two of the most popular items.
Prepared food favorites include chicken Parmesan, along with a rotating selection of meals made with a focus on clean ingredients. “Anything that you choose on our menu will be seed oil free, it has no refined sugars and about 90 percent of the menu is naturally gluten free,” Leeds told Business Debut. The menu also includes vegan and gluten-free options.
Why These Locations
Leeds said the decision to expand into downtown West Palm Beach was driven by the area’s growth and a lack of similar concepts. “There really isn’t anything like Garden Butcher there,” she told Business Debut…
