For the first time, the lakefront Flagler Museum Café, which currently offers afternoon tea services four days a week, will treat guests to Champagne when it hosts its annual special Valentine’s Day tea service.
Guests on Feb. 14 will be served a glass of Charles Lafitte Brut Champagne (non-alcoholic Champagne also will be offered) with delicate tea sandwiches, scones, pastries and the museum’s signature Whitehall Special Blend tea.
Other varieties of tea will be offered on Valentine’s Day at the café — located in the museum’s waterfront Flagler Kenan Pavilion — and the dulcet sounds of a harpist also will be featured as guests enjoy smoked salmon and other tea sandwiches, deviled eggs, roasted tomato-and-artichoke tarts, Devonshire-style scones, macarons and other items…
