WEST PALM BEACH — Model homes are a staple of new communities in Palm Beach County’s western suburbs. Not so much in cities along the coast.
But on a chilly weekend in January, intrigued homebuyers gathered to tour a gleaming, gray-hued row of them along 40th Street, just blocks from the water in West Palm Beach’s historic Northwood neighborhood.
