The foundation of the One City Plaza condominium in West Palm Beach has been shored up with the injection of a special compound, a lawyer for the condo association said on Feb. 18.
The action took place after the condo’s association sued the developer of the neighboring Mr. C Hotel and Residences claiming that excavation work on the new project was causing the soil underneath One City Plaza’s foundation to erode, endangering the building.
