Palm Beach home fetches $15.37M, nearly double its 2016 sale price

A Palm Beach house on a prime North End street has changed hands for a recorded $15.37 million, nearly double what it last sold for about a decade ago.

Tennessee-based investments manager Thomas “Tommy” F. Frist III and his wife, Julie, sold their Dutch Colonial-style house at 242 Tangier Ave., which they had bought for a recorded $7.9 million in June 2016.
