Ted Shuttlesworth Jr., a Florida-based Pentecostal pastor and evangelist, says he is stepping away from ministry after admitting he engaged in sexual activity outside his marriage, according to letters shared with supporters.
Shuttlesworth, co-pastor of Miracle Word Church in West Palm Beach, acknowledged what he described as moral failure and said he has repented to God and his wife. His decision to step down is temporary, he indicated.
