The man accused of hitting a special needs child at a therapy center in Lake Shores was arrested on Friday.

Reylan Cortes Garnier, 38, is facing a charge of felony abuse after he was caught on camera throwing a shoe and hitting the child on his rear end. Garnier turned himself into authorities a little after 3 p.m. He is currently being held at the Palm Beach County Detention Center…
