A Palm Beach man who police say pointed a loaded gun at officers is facing charges for assault.
The 57-year-old Everglade Avenue resident was arrested Feb. 23 on two felony charges of aggravated assault on specified personnel, court records show.
The man’s mother-in-law went to Palm Beach Police earlier in the day on Feb. 23 and told them she did not feel comfortable returning to the home without police because the man was intoxicated and he had access to firearms, an arrest report said.
