A relatively new homeowner was welcomed to Palm Beach’s historic “Sea” streets with a zoning-code violation, after contractors hired by the previous owner installed artificial turf without the town’s approval.
Considering the peculiar circumstances and Susan Dufresne’s efforts to come into compliance, the Code Enforcement Board voted on Feb. 19 to delay its fine-consideration hearing to its May 21 meeting.
