A West Palm Beach street has been blocked off for more than a year after a water main project was abandoned — and despite a city-ordered deadline to fix it, nothing has changed yet.
20th Street remains barricaded, littered with piles of garbage, and water continues leaking into the roadway. Residents who were hopeful for change say they are very disappointed.
