LANTANA — An Oklahoma couple says their dream of living out their golden years in South Florida has turned into a bureaucratic nightmare.
In a lawsuit, Brent and Leah Mills say decisions made by the town of Lantana have rendered their waterfront home uninhabitable and forced them to live out of hotels.
