The Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County is hosting a Community Immunization Outreach on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Welcome Center, 3300 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach. Families can bring their children for vaccinations — no appointment needed. Walk-ins are first come, first served, and registration begins at 8 a.m. Be sure to bring your child’s immunization records.
