Palm Beach County, FL — A 795-home single-family community in Palm Beach County secured a new telecommunications agreement following a six-month competitive procurement process led by advisory firm Vitalis Smart Communities.
The Victoria Woods homeowners association engaged Vitalis to evaluate existing service arrangements and run a formal request-for-proposal process among internet service providers. The resulting agreement includes performance-based service-level guarantees, a dedicated account management structure, enhanced customer service standards, and expanded internet coverage across shared community spaces.
