MANALAPAN, Fla. (CBS12) — A luxury waterfront property in Palm Beach County sold for a whopping $68.3 million — making it the most expensive home sale in the United States in February.
The 2-acre estate in Manalapan was the priciest listing in the country that month, when Florida and New York “dominated the ultra-luxury housing market, with oceanfront estates and Central Park condos going for more than $50 million,” according to a new analysis by Redfin, the home brokerage company.
