A Florida man has admitted to his role in a healthcare fraud scheme that investigators say involved pharmacies and defendants connected to northeastern Pennsylvania.
Federal prosecutors say 79-year-old Frank Suess, of Wellington, Florida, pleaded guilty to charges related to healthcare fraud and illegal kickbacks. The case also involves several co-defendants, including a woman from East Stroudsburg who is still awaiting trial.
