Palm Beach may soon allow owners of larger lots to build two guesthouses without having to seek additional approval beyond the town’s standard greenlighting process.
Up for review during the Planning and Zoning Commission’s April 7 meeting is a proposed ordinance that would make it easier for the owner of a lot measuring at least 60,000 square feet — or about 1.4 acres — to build a pair of guesthouses on the property.
