WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — West Palm Beach Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a person of interest spotted in the Roosevelt Estates neighborhood.
According to police, the individual was last seen walking on 9th Court before turning north on 11th Street.
