WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Baisel’s African Restaurant is targeting a late June opening at 1400 10th St Unit D, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Owner Godfred Baisel told Business Debut he and his wife, Faustina Baisel, are opening their first restaurant to bring Ghanaian and West African food and culture to the area.
What to Expect
Baisel told Business Debut the restaurant will focus on African dishes, especially food from Ghana. He said he sees growing interest in African food from people traveling to Africa and from people seeing dishes on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
He said dishes such as egusi and fufu have become widely discussed online, helping introduce more people to West African food.
