Wichita man leads deputies on chase through two Kansas counties

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A man has been arrested after a chase that went through two Kansas counties.

The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office said the chase started in southwest Wichita just before 2:15 p.m. on Monday.

The Property Crimes Reduction Task Force tried to arrest the suspect, a 38-year-old man from Wichita, who had outstanding warrants. Deputies said the suspect backed into a patrol vehicle and then drove away in a pickup truck. The deputy was not hurt…
