WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) — A driver convicted in a 2025 hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist was sentenced to 36 months probation Thursday in Sedgwick County District Court.
Blaine Hughes pleaded guilty in May to the crash that killed 57-year-old Daniel Forshey. Last September, police said Hughes struck Forshey with his pickup while Forshey was riding his bicycle near Broadway and Murdock.
