WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — An Oklahoma man was found guilty of vehicular homicide in the death of a truck driver in north Wichita.
Travis Briscoe was originally charged with second-degree murder, but Kansas law says a court can instruct a jury to consider lesser charges that are supported by the evidence in the case.
