One of Wichita’s many boba shops has just added something new: weekend pho.
Sharetea Wichita, which opened at Peach Tree Center on the northeast corner of Kellogg and Rock in March 2024, introduced its new offering last weekend.
Technically, the pho is being offered as part of a “pop-up” put on by a relative of store manager Tommy Nguyen. Kim Nguyen, 71, works in the aircraft industry but makes pho as a hobby. He has experience working in restaurants in Vietnam as well as in Wichita and is now offering his pho at Sharetea from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays through Sundays. His pop-up is operating under the name Pho Saigon.
