WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) — Sedgwick County Manager Tom Stolz presented his 2027 budget proposal Wednesday, with property tax relief as a central focus.
The proposal leaves out millions of dollars in property valuation the county could otherwise capture — a deliberate decision aimed at reducing the burden on homeowners.
