Wichita Workforce Center opens newly renovated facility

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — After months of renovations, the Wichita Workforce Center celebrated the completion of its new modernized facility on Wednesday.

The center, near the intersection of North Amidon Avenue and West 21st Street, offers a wide variety of resources, including resume building and job fairs.

“It’s about creating a more welcoming, efficient, and modern environment where individuals can connect to careers, employers can find talent, and partners can work together to strengthen south-central Kansas,” said Alana McNary, chair of the board of the Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas.
