WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A 35-year-old Wichita man made his first appearance in court on Tuesday in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a woman in Pawnee County.
He is charged with aggravated sexual battery.
The man is accused of assaulting the woman on or about July 16, when she was using a medical transport service after a doctor’s appointment in Larned. Court documents say he unlawfully touched her when she was incapable of giving consent.
