Alex McIntosh still plans Senuar, a K-Box karaoke concept, for the one-time Blu Nightclub space at the southeast corner of Maple and Tyler; however, it’s taking longer than he expected, and he’s having to replace just about everything.
“It’s a very extensive remodel,” McIntosh said. “We’re doing everything in that building: plumbing, gas, walls — you name it.”
Though it looks like he’s demolished just about the whole building — and McIntosh did think of razing it — he said, “We’re keeping some bones in there.”…
