WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A man was found dead when crews responded to a house fire in west Wichita on Thursday.
Sedgwick County dispatch confirmed that crews were called to South Fivewood Court, near 151st Street and West Kellogg Avenue, shortly after 2 p.m.
The Wichita Fire Department said that firefighters found a 54-year-old man dead on the floor when they arrived.

The fire department said the man’s cause of death has not been determined and that an autopsy will be conducted.
