SEDGWICK COUNTY — A man arrested in connection with a fentanyl overdose of a toddler is scheduled to return to court Friday.
Phillip L. Saunders, who was 38 at the time of the crime is scheduled an arraignment hearing in the courtroom of Judge Seth Rundle, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office. He could be asked to enter a. plea in the case.
