GODDARD, Kan. (KWCH) — The Goddard City Council passed an ordinance Tuesday prohibiting the use of e-bikes, motorized scooters and similar devices in specific areas.
These devices are now banned in Goddard’s city-owned parking lots, parks and open spaces, the central business district, and any street with a posted speed limit of 30 miles an hour. Additionally, e-bikes are specifically banned from roads with a speed limit over 45 miles an hour.
