If ever Wichitans have needed some cold drinks, it’s now, with seemingly endless days of triple-digit temperatures.
However, Old Chicago has been without them — at least the alcoholic kind.
A manager at one of the three Wichita Old Chicagos said the chain accidentally lost its license to sell liquor here because of “not crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s.”…
