WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Today looks like both Monday and Tuesday as low clouds and fog give way to clearing skies and temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s this afternoon.
Our next weather maker will move into western Kansas later today before spreading across the state tonight. While scattered showers and storms are a safe bet, neither heavy rain nor severe weather is expected. The better bet to get wet in the Wichita area arrives on Thursday afternoon and lingers into Saturday morning.
The upcoming weekend appears a little warmer as temperatures rebound into the middle to upper 80s, or five to ten degrees above average for late September. Both days also look dry with a decent amount of sunshine…
