For anyone who’s been frustrated that the Minisa Bridge along 13th Street has been closed since early July, it appears there’s some good news, though the city isn’t exactly heralding it.
It looks like the bridge is reopening, possibly as soon as Monday morning once classes at the nearby North High School are in session.
City Council member Maggie Ballard had a Facebook post about it late last week, but neither she nor city spokeswoman Megan Lovely are answering questions or making clarifications about it yet…
