WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita’s legal representatives filed a motion Friday to dismiss a lawsuit concerning the city’s Flock cameras.
According to court documents, the city is arguing that the court does not have the legal authority to hear this case because Mason Grimmett, the plaintiff, did not establish that he personally suffers some actual or threatened injury as a result of the city using Flock cameras. Therefore, the city says, he does not have standing to sue.
