WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Two men were arrested and charged in the 2019 shooting death of Charles Giles, a Wichita business owner.
Benny Delgado, 36, of Wichita, and Jesus Deleon, 27, of Wichita, are each charged with first-degree murder, aggravated robbery and criminal discharge of a firearm.
