A west-side Wichita Mexican restaurant will be closed this week as its owner relocates it to a new address.
Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant, which has been operated at 602 N. Tyler for nearly eight years, is moving to a bigger spot less than half a mile away. The restaurant is taking over the space at 756 N. Tyler that over the years has been home to Augustino Brewing Company, The Angry Elephant, Lito’s and Eclipse Bar & Grill
Owner Pedro Guevara had been waiting on a few approvals to begin the move and finally got them, he said on Monday. He hopes to have the restaurant reopened in the new space by Monday or Tuesday of next week…
