SEDGWICK COUNTY—A Kansas man who admitted to killing two men over 21-months will learn his fate on Thursday.
Kevin Buggs, 56, Wichita, is scheduled for a sentencing hearing in the courtroom of Judge Jeffrey Goering, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
