WICHITA, Kan. (WIBW) – A Wichita man was indicted for firing a high-caliber rifle during a restaurant robbery. The U.S. Attorney’s Office – District of Kansas officials announced on Thursday, Jan. 25 that a federal grand jury in Wichita returned an indictment charging a man for allegedly discharging a firearm while robbing a business.
