WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE)- The KBI is taking over a Sedgwick County deputy involved shooting that happened early Thursday morning. That shooting happened after a string of events. Initially, it was a domestic violence incident turned into a stolen vehicle police chase that ended as a hostage situation with the suspect, 43-year-old Larry Armour, shot dead by a sheriff’s deputy.
