WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – Plans for a new 10 million dollar community center in southeast Wichita’s Planeview neighborhood are in the works. The city of Wichita’s Park and Recreations Director Troy Houtman said this area is a prime location for the community center. He said it is an underprivileged area with about 4,000 residents.
