WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A 14-year-old has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of two Wichita teens. The Wichita Police Department says just before midnight on Friday, officers responded to the area of 5200 E Kensington for a shots fired call. At around the same time, officers were dispatched to an area hospital for the report of two walk-in shooting victims.
