Winter storms take toll on unpaved roads in south-central Kansas

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – While this week brought the warmest weather much of Kansas has seen in at least a couple of months, some communities are still dealing with the aftermath of winter storms. In south-central Kansas, unpaved roads in Harvey and Butler counties, in particular, are in poor condition, some still closed after the storms that hit about three weeks ago. The closures create problems for people trying to go about their day.
