Showers are ramping up across eastern Kansas this evening. Showers are moving north across the region and will linger through the night. We have already seen a good deal of rain over the last 24 hours. Totals across central Kansas have been around a half of an inch, with some localized areas picking up closer to three-quarters of an inch. Southwest Kansas only saw trace amounts of rain.
