ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (KAKE) – A Wichita man has been arrested on several charges. Arkansas City police responded to a report of an unauthorized individual inside a home in the 200 block of East Taylor around 3:30 Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the caller, who informed them that 43-year-old James Clark Jr. was inside the home, despite not being allowed inside, and was engaging in unlawful activities.
