Gusty winds are top of mind through midday Thursday. Winds will easily gust from 35 to 45 MPH across much of Kansas during this time. Gusts could also exceed 50 MPH with the onset of our late week cold front. A Wind Advisory is in effect until midnight but will more than likely be extended a few more hours into the overnight as the strongest wind gusts march East.
