General Manager Partner Josh Wissing says they’ve upped their staffing and are encouraging customers to order ahead of time. The restaurant’s most popular items are ribs and beef brisket.

“Typically, compared to a normal Sunday, we’re generally up 40 to 50%,” Wissing said. “Our slabs of ribs sold are also much higher.”

He says last year’s game prepared them for what to expect this year.
