Wichita woman charged in fatal Salina crash

SALINA, Kan. (KSNW) – A Wichita woman had a Wednesday morning court appearance in Saline County connected to a fatal crash. Court documents show that Abygail E. Aaron, 21, is charged in the death of Daisha Endsley, 26, of Salina.

The crash happened one year ago, on Feb. 15, 2023 , on Interstate 135, just south of Salina.

According to the KHP, a Toyota Tundra headed south on I-135 crossed the center median and hit a Ford F150 on the shoulder of the northbound lanes.

Endsley was a passenger in the Ford. The KHP said the two drivers had serious injuries. Aaron was taken to a Wichita hospital.

Court documents show that Aaron is charged with:

  • Murder in the second degree
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol
  • Display/possess fictitious/revoked/suspended driver’s license
  • No driver’s license on person
  • Improper driving on a landed roadway
  • Failure to drive on the right side of the roadway
